NAEF strives to cultivate a greater understanding of other cultures by creating relationships with international artists and organizations. With the help of NAEF, various exchange programs have been established in foreign countries including Turkey, China, and Costa Rica.

In addition, we have hosted several international performances at the Benvenuti Performing Arts Center. For example, as part of the Foundation for International Friendship, the Beijing Opera Institute in September of 2013 held a One-Evening only performance. During the Institute’s visit, students were invited to watch them perform and ask questions.
